Great experience since I have began about 2 years ago. Update 2/22/2020 I am not sure what is going on at this office but my experience is terrible now. They have ordered my crown for my implant 2x and still it is not right nor in my mouth. I was told you will be all done for the new year here I am looking at 1 yr more treatments. On Jan 30 they tried fit the crown and for whatever reason it was not right. Feb 3rd my gums felt tight after the jan 30 pat. By Feb 5 th I had an abscess. I had to go to an emergency dentists in Chandler on Feb 8th. I also asked for new invisalign trays since I had the final ones in for months waiting on crown. It's broken and discolored. On at least one occasion I went in for appt to be told it had not arrived. I had an appointment 2/20 and advised the office of the infection. They took a CAT scan laid out a new treatment. Now today the temp will not fit over the abutment and titanium rod these seems lower and loose. I had my 7 year old daughter teeth looked at they stated she had a few cavities...so I paid to have them treated I guess they felt that a 7 year old was going to allow them to just stick a needle in her mouth and begin drilling. 2 hours wasted. Then it took about 3 months for them to refund me for not completing the work on my daugter. I could be wrong but since they merged with affordable dentures or since I became aware they may go by multiple names the service is extremely poor. My time and money is valuable and I am not getting my monies worth- it's just that simple. Lastly, when I went in on 2/21 there was a bill of $55 I guess they treated me for something my insurance did not cover or we had exceeded the yearly allowance **** appt on 5/19/2020. The office staff did a great job of making the appointment go very smoothly. This was the second day of reopening due to Civid 19. Initially I wanted to cancel the appointment due to health concerns. The staff checked my temperature and I was greater by many familiar persons. Yes everyone was very safe. Hand washing, hand sanitizer, oral rinse, masks gloves. Dr. ABEDI was very patient he was more like he was when I first started going there. Very friendly and appreciative of my business. I want to do my part in keeping the economy going and supporting local businesses so I will say i will admit that they are trending in the right direction again. I gave them 1 star previously i will say my position has changed it was again 5 star service.
