I am no stranger to the dental chair but the first time seeing a new dentist has never been easy for me....until today. I felt like the people at XO were real. They weren't over friendly and they weren't too relaxed. My dental options were explained in simple words and I left their office with my questions having answers. I definitely will be returning to XO Dentistry!!!

I went in for an exam and cleaning per the $59 brochure I got in the mail. That whole part went well. Staff was nice (Dr Didn't spend much time with me though). Bad part is how they presented the work I needed to get done. They explained all the work I needed to get done which came out to $5000 ish. (Crowns, cavities, gum grafts). No insurance. They wanted to schedule some times to get all that work done. I had two other opinions (two bc I moved for an internship, and then got insurance which led me to the third). The other opinions said the cavities weren't crucial or some even necessary. Xo said 3 crowns, 2nd DD said 1, 3rd said 2. Then they took a long time to transfer records (they did, it just took a long time). SO, from what I can tell good service, they just might tell you you need more work done than necessary.
